Epoxy Bonded Mica Tube/Bush

Are fiberglass sleeve braided from glass fiber yarn and coated with insulating resin. Offer excellent performance in high temperature applications. Are unaffected by corona, radiation, weathering or fungus. Have high tear strength, low compression and good dielectrics properties. Ideal for use as protective covers on lead wire bundles, connectors in motors, transformers and heating appliances. Also used to insulate pigtails of carbon brushes.
Epoxy tubes are widely used as rod bolts in transformer stacks, capacitors, transformer mounting rods and circuit breaker shafts.
Uses of FRP:
Epoxy Bonded are popularly used for wedging applications in Motors, in electro-magnets as interlayer insulation, in switchgears as terminal plates, separators, connection rods and levers. These sheets are suitable for Switchboards, LV and HV Circuit breakers, Bus Bar supports, Iron and steel Furnaces etc.
Epoxy Bonded laminates is available Natural (greenish, yellowish) color sheets in standard sizes are of 1050 x 1150 mm, 950 x 1150 mm, 990 x 1975 mm, 1220 x 2440 mm (width x length) and thickness ranging from 0.30 mm to 60 mm thick. Deviations can be made at special customer requests.
Epoxy Bonded fiber Glass Tubes is a hollow cylinder used to convey materials or as a structural component. A tube is usually defined by the outside diameter (OD) but may be specified by any combination of dimensions (OD, ID, wall thickness). A tube is often made to custom sizes and may often have more specific sizes and tolerances. Also, the term tubing can be applied to non-cylindrical shapes (i.e. square tubing). The standard length of the tube is 1000 mm and 1200 mm. The tubes can also be supplied as bush/sleeves at customer requests or size as per the customer requirement.
